Are you a member of the Delta Green Yahoo group? It’s called DGList. Right now they’re holding a competition among their members. Average people like you and me have written 1500 word scenarios and submitted them for a competition.
If you are a member, you should go there and vote.

Many of the founders and current contributors to Delta Green fiction and RPG books regularly comment there. It is one of the best ways to keep up with current DG developments as well as modern Call of Cthulhu.
