Yes, Actualy i included the new rules from the Beta V3 in my campaign. I’m also doing a french translation of the V4 for my group use.
Ideas for rewards:
Personnel Files: Detailed Professions and Skill Packages for character creation. FBI HRT, DEA, CIA Case Officer, CDC. Examples for bonds.
Gun Locker: Source for modern firearms and accessories. Rules for suppressors, tripods, long distance targets.
