Delta Green: And the Darkness Spoke, episode 1

Categories: Debriefing Transcripts > Items of Mutual Interest

This is the opening session of a Delta Green: The Role-Playing Game campaign run by Delta Green co-creator Dennis Detwiller for his friends and colleagues at Arc Dream Publishing.

The campaign begins in June 1986, as a team of Delta Green agents from the FBI’s Behavioral Science Unit flies to New York to help investigate a serial killer.

  • Shane Ivey plays FBI Special Agent Jim Killian, a former classics professor.
  • Amber LeClaire plays FBI forensic pathologist Lorraine “Tig” Tygnal.
  • John Marron plays FBI Special Agent David Greene, an ex-cop and Vietnam veteran.
  • Kevin Pezzano plays FBI Special Agent James Alten, a psychologist who has become obsessed with the ways the unnatural affects human behavior.

The team’s Plymouth Gran Fury plays itself.

We played on Roll20.net and used Open Broadcaster Software and iShowU Audio Capture to stream it to Twitch under the username arc_dream.

We’re still learning the best techniques for both streaming and recording, so the video quality is not great. A couple of us had our mic levels set too high, resulting in occasional distortion. Sorry about that. We’ll try to correct those issues next time.

Shane Ivey runs Arc Dream Publishing and is the lead editor of the newest Delta Green projects.
