M Cell
©2001 Shane Ivey and diverse hands

M Cell is currently under reorganization, with the reassignment of several agents and friendlies previously affiliated with other cells. M Cell was organized under the direction of agent Osborne in the interim until a cell leader was assigned, but it was taken over by agent Meredith when Osborne was killed in an apparently mundane automotive accident during the investigation.. The background of M Cell is classified, restricted to A Cell, as is any connection between previous incarnations of M Cell and the legendary agent Matthew.

M Cell is presently assigned to operation SANDMAN in New York City (field report #3270). Operatives include:

Agent Meredith (Cell Leader)
Tight-lipped and security conscious, Meredith remains an enigma to the rest of the team, communicating only be e-mail and electronically masked phone conversations.

Brian Lundquist, DOJ (Agent Mark)
Agent Mark is an attorney with the Justice Department. A Delta Green veteran, Agent Mark has been involved in dangerous, high-profile operations before.

John Rogers, CIA (Agent Michael)
Agent Michael is a physician and a case officer with the Central Intelligence Agency. He has been involved in two Delta Green operations, both of them short and simple compared to Operation SANDMAN.

"David Kelley," CIA (Agent Marlow)
An ex-Navy SEAL, Kelley is a veteran covert operative with years of experience in clandestine operations for the NSA and the CIA. He has participated in several Delta Green operations since the late 1980s.

Michal Cabot, US Army (Agent Orrin)
A Special Forces officer on loan to the CIA, Cabot is a veteran operative specializing in operational security.

Lt. Joseph McCannon, NYPD (Friendly)
Lt. McCannon is a detective with the New York City Police Department, working out of the Department's Manhattan headquarters. He is a Friendly with some knowledge of the supernatural threats faced by Delta Green.

Barry Knight, PI (Friendly)
A retired Army Intelligence officer, Knight now makes a living as a private investigator in New York, occasionally conducting illicit transactions on behalf of American intelligence agencies. He has had some peripheral involvement with Delta Green, having proved a valuable asset in a crisis in early 1990s Yugoslavia.

Oliver Keen, NSA (Friendly)
A "black bag" specialist with the National Security Agency, Keen is an expert at infiltration and electronic security. His experience with the paranormal is limited to one deadly incident in the last few years.

Walter Brenneman, US Marshals Service (Friendly)
Brenneman is an experienced tactical law enforcement officer without much exposure to intelligence operations.

Donna Wang, FBI (Friendly)
Agent Wang is a forensics expert with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. She has been exposed to the aftermaths of a handful of Delta Green operations, but she has never acted as a field agent.

Connor Danforth, NSA (Friendly)
Danforth, a very young electronics and communications specialist from the National Security Agency, is a Delta Green Friendly with little knowledge of the overall organization. Danforth is currently hospitalized with mission-related injuries.

Stephen Borrow, FBI (Friendly, deceased)
A forensics specialist with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Borrow was murdered in the course of operation SANDMAN.

Lt. Jack Maddux, U.S. Navy (Friendly, deceased)
An officer in the Navy SEALs, Maddux was a special operations expert. He was killed in the course of operation SANDMAN.

Special Agent Andre Jones, DEA (Agent Osborne, deceased)
A veteran law enforcement officer with Special Forces experience, Osborne was a cool, no-nonsense cell leader until his accidental death.
