OPERATION: SANDMAN is a Delta Green campaign of horror and discovery in the dying heart of New York City.

Play began on May 31, 1998, based on a manuscript begun in December, 1997. OPERATION: SANDMAN has been played entirely over the Internet, via IRC and WebRPG, with players located in Alabama, Ohio, Texas, California, Wales, and England.

Brian Lundquist (Agent Mark) is played by Keith Potter.

Case Officer John T. Rogers (Agent Michael) is played by Rob Thomas.

Capt. Michael Cabot is played by Doug Iannelli.

Barry Knight, was created by Brian Baird and is now played by "Davros".

Connor Danforth was created by Dylan Waite.

Lt. Joe McCannon was created by Patrick Kapera.

Agent Stephen Borrow was played by "Cry.Sys".

Oliver Keen was created by "Cry.Sys".

All other characters are played by the Keeper, Shane Ivey.
