We need an ID on a man killed in a Tennament Block overlooking 
Southside AME Church.  And as much background information on the 
individual in question as possible.  Suspect possible intelligence 
community / government links given the nature of the equipment 
utilised by this individual.  Recommend extreme care be used in 
investigating this person.

Request Urgent ID check on Pere Daniel's please forward any and all 
information available on this individual.

Request an update on our previous request for a helicopter pilot for 
support purposes.

Team requests a 'friendly' electronics expert to examine equipment 
recovered from the man killed in the above incident.  Description of 
Equipment below:

1 Torch like object with a hexadecimal keypad.  Used as weapon against 
M Cell.  Main function seems to be as a directed energy energy 
weapon; *LASER* .  This hypothesis comes from the nature of the 
wounds treated on a DG Friendly.  Care to be exercised in the testing 
and examination of this device.
