IDENTIFICATION REQUESTS:

Theodore Miller:  Listed by the Social Security Administration and in tax
registries for Evans Plumbing Service.  IRS records indicate freelance
contract employment for the past ten years.  No wage taxes were filed by
Evans for the name for FY 1997.  Cell M is recommended to conduct
infiltration and identification of Evans records if further verification
is required.

Bertrand "Bo" Toth: Employed as manager of a number of small businesses in
Queens, NY.  He has a lengthy criminal record, including incidents of drug
trafficking, assault, extortion, fraud, tax evasion, and racketeering.

Jack Patterson:  Staff Sergeant, U.S. Army, Airborne, 1982-1997.  Mustered
out after four terms active service.  Employed as an investigator with The
Breckenridge Corporation, Headquarters Division (San Antonio, TX), 1997 to
present.  No criminal record.  (Killed in the stairwell.)

Joseph Cornelius Stalnaker:  Captain, U.S. Marine Corps, 1st Force Recon,
1983-1995.  Employed as an investigator with The Breckenridge Corporation,
Headquarters Division (San Antonio, TX), 1995 to present.  No criminal
record.  (Killed in the factory alley.)

Donald Murphree:  Captain, U.S. Army, Intelligence, 1981-1996.  Employed
as an investigator with The Breckenridge Corporation, Headquarters
Division (San Antonio, TX), 1996 to present.  No criminal record.
(Currently comatose in Lutheran Hospital, Queens, NY.)

Daniel "Pere Daniel" Lareux:  Immigrated from Haiti to the U.S., 1990.
No recorded employment, 1990 to present.  No criminal record.

PERSONNEL REQUESTS:

No DG-Friendly or Agent is presently available with combat helicopter
pilot training.  Three possible candidates are available in the area, but
their activity must be compartmentalized from classified or secure subject
matter.

Cell M is directed to advise whether examination of the "torch like
object" can be conducted in a proper laboratory, or whethre it must be
conducted in the field.  An asset will be acquired to examine the object
accordingly.
