Having conducted an initial examination of the object in the field we 
feel the need to request access to a laboratory facility with both 
electronic and organic examination equipment.  Ensure it has some 
good electronics gear.  Vacuum environment and if possible full 
containement facilities / x-ray / MRI / CAT scan if at all possible.  
Examination will be conducted by M cell personell and Friendly 
Danforth.  Technicians for MRI / CAT scans would be required.

Justification for above request:

The Torch like object once opened by DG Friendly Danforth was 
composed of both electronic and organic technology.  Working 
Hypothesis is a composite cyborg device of some kind.  Danforth 
reports that the electronics are all "Hardcore" his terminology 
meaning very complex.  I have to report that I have never encountered 
a similar organism in my life and experience as a doctor.  I do not 
wish and Mark concurrs to risk damage to the device by further 
attempts at investigation in a non controlled environment.  The team 
will proceed with other avenues of investigation for now.
