Osbourne, 

What the hell is going on, I've just recieved a call from 
Agent Mark telling me to avoid the safehouse established for 
Operation SANDMAN.  Am I to assume that the security of M cell has 
been compromised?  I will take steps to provide secure facilities for 
myself and 'Kelly', but must request an urgent update on the 
condition of Agent MARK, and the security of M cell, as soon as 
information becomes available.  Having had the incident described to 
me I must make the following reccomendations:

NOTE I will Implement the following for myself and Friendly 'Kelly' 
from the time of this transmission.

1 No member of M cell or friendly presently engaged upon Operation 
SANDMAN is to have contact with any suspects in the case unless under 
active surveilance both audio and visual by another Agent / Friendly 
from a secure distance.  We must assume that the distance from Agent 
Mark's location and that of Friendly Danforth constitutes a 'Safe' 
distance. 

2 Any Member of Cell M who is out of contact from visual / audio 
surveilance for any period of time is to be quarantined for testing 
for the DM Drug, I would also reccomend Hypnosis and regression to 
the period of time out of contact with surveilance to attempt to 
ascertain a 'correct' version of events not just the version the 
member has choosen / been instructed to present.  Lie detectors 
should be used during the 'regression' to maximise the potential of 
discovering the 'truth'.

The following Reccomendation is a professional not personal opinion

3 Agent MARK may be compromised, if after the tests you have 
scheduled and the ones proposed above there remains any serious 
doubts as to the reliability of the agent in question, I reccomend 
that the agent / s (this is written with the full acceptance that it 
could be me eventually) be sanctioned.  NOTE At present I feel Agent 
MARK is a highly valuable Agent and should be given the benefit of 
the doubt and does not at present warrent sanctioning.

Personally I will be watching Agent MARK very closely from now on and 
looking for any odd / inexplicable actions.  If any are observed this 
information will be forwarded to you ASAP for information.
