Hello Osbourne,

While continuing to conduct OPERATION SANDMAN as per your 
instructions.  Cell M initiatied an Operation to secure audio 
intelligence from the home of one Lt Mark Daniels this course of 
action was initiated after the experience of Agent MARK at the Deli.  
As Daniels had set this meeting up it was decided we had to establish 
if he is co-operating with the people behind DM or if the 
'individual' that MARK encountered had just used it's abilities to 
set up the meeting.

During this operation friendly 'K' placing the devices both myself 
and Agent MARK observed what at first glance appeared to be a 
grafitti artist begin work on the side of the target building 
complex.  In order to give 'K' more cover Agent MARK apprehended the 
artist, one Franklin Delano Hoder, age 20, (information from FBI 
database) an individual with a DG FLAG on their information jacket.  
Agent MARK then explained that this individual is know to frequent a 
"Club Apocalypse" in NY City, of course being based here I have 
heard of this club and various rumors regarding the owner (presumed 
to be one Stephen Alzis).  Can you supply us with information as to 
why an individual who just visits this club warrents a DG flag on 
their records.  I am assuming we have a need to know in the event the 
team has to make this part of the investigation if we uncover a link 
between DM and the club, which give the rumors I've heard about it by 
just living in NY is possible. 

While MARK was doing his public duty I secured the bag of Mr Hoder 
and took photgraphs and made a fast sketch of his efforts.  Examining 
the bag later the cell found the following:

several strange chalky blocks,

a few smaller, thin stone blocks,

an old and stained composition notebook.   

The notebook was found to contain hundreds of drawings of the same 
symbol Mr. Hoder was placing on the building in various sizes.  This 
symbol was also present on the blocks, (of both textures).  As no 
member of the team has seen this symbol before we are passing this up 
the chain of command in the hope that it has been encountered before.

We will retain an example of each of the block in the Safehouse and 
will photocopy the book sending you the original and remaining stones 
via the usual secure methods.

Having utilised Mr. Hoder for a distraction Mark released him into 
the custody of the NYPD.  It was only upon his return to the car 
could I apprise him of the contents of his bag and only on return to 
the safehouse did we become aware of the flag on hile file.  We have 
taken steps to secure Mr. Hoder for interogation by the team.  
Friendly K has been sent to intercept and pick him up on his release 
from the NYPD. 

Given that we will be questioning him soon could you expidite the 
above requests so that in the event DG knows something, (an all to 
rare occurance), so it can be used in his interrogation.
