TO: Alphonse FROM: Joshua DATE: March 23, 1998 This vellum paper fragment was recovered from the estate of a Lewis Roger Mumphry (DOB 9DEC53). Analysis at the Smithsonian indicates the paper stock was most likely manufactured in Europe in the late 1700s, and is of inferior quality.

Recovered on the 1930 TALCUM raid and pried from the dead hands of the leader of the Mga Tao sa Karagatan tribe, Amihan; this narrow green stone weighs 2.3 kg and is shaped like an oversized ice cream cone. It is actually two stones, a cone contained within another.
